Am I right in thinking the boxing

world don't want to see Pac vs Marquez 4 simply for the fact that Marquez will never get the nod & it only really lines Arums pockets?

    Bombs & check_hooks, don't reply.

Check can be a good poster but that bombs tosser needs banning ASAP as far as I am concerned. People get banned for much less, decent, knowledgeable posters.

I'd want the fight to happen, just so Marquez gets another Payday.

Other than that, I don't see a reason for it. He won't get the nod.......

I said it in a threat about the 10 dream fights for the next year, I don't want to see Marquez vs Pacquiao IV because most likely is going to be another fight for Marquez but the judges are never going to give him the "W" ... Marquez doesn't has enough power to KO Pacquiao, especially at WW, and Pacquiao isn't good enough to decipher Marquez's style and would most likely be out boxed again by Marquez.

I know that people say that the last fight was pretty close and all that, and I won't say it wasn't, but for me it was a CLOSE but CLEAR fight for Marquez, and for me he is the winner of that fight.

Good post & the only reason I'd want to see it again is so Marquez got a nice payday though it would knock me sick too watch him get blatantly robbed again.

First two - fair enough IMO, no chance he lost that 3rd. I have watched it 6 times now, gave Pac rounds on aggression etc & it was a disgusting robbery.

Agree with everything you wrote but the last part. I don't hate Pac but lets not blag, Marquez won that fight & it wasn't close at all.

Hell even Khan said Pac lost, no wonder most *******s are glad Khan lost.

Only reason Pac got the nod was to keep Floyd vs Pac alive, not that Arum will let it.

Being a realist I had it 8-4, being extremely generous I give it 7-5 Marquez.

Even a draw, come on now that is taking the p1ss but one judge scoring it 116-112 is insane. I joked to a mate about the decision and boy oh boy was I right.

Just glad/amazed a lot of Pac-fans spoke up about it, props to them.

The hardest thing for me was even I wrote off Marquez & the guy fought his heart out & boxed beautifully, it must of been heartbreaking for him.

What I meant with close is the fact that it wasn't a completely one sided fight like Williams vs Lara. I had 116-112 for Marquez, but I could even settle with a 115-113 fight which means that the difference would be only one round. For me that's a close fight, but as I've said it still was CLEAR because there's no way Marquez lost that fight. And as I've said I'm not even mad at the decision. I saw the first two fights and the first one was really close because of the 3 knock downs in the first rounds. The second one I had Marquez winning but OK, it was a lot closer than this 3rd fight so maybe Pac could've won. But after I heard the decision saying that Pacquiao won I just said to myself "Marquez won, I don't care anymore about what the judges just said. They didn't give him the decision just because he was fighting Pacquiao but for me he's the real winner of this fight"

I don't wanna see the fight because we already seen the fight 3 times. Whether you think Marquez won any of the fights or not, officially he is 0-2-1 vs Pacquiao. He had his shots, he came up short 3 times. Time to move on. There are other fish in the sea. There's only one guy Pacquiao should fight and since that dude's schedule just filled up for the next 90 days or so, Bradley, Berto, Ortiz, Rios, Guerrero, Maidana, Alvarez, Brook, Peterson, these are the guys that Pacquiao needs to look at fighting next. Boxing needs young talent like those guys to gain some exposure, not guys like Mosley and Marquez who will be retired soon. If not any of those younger guys than maybe a rematch with a revived Mike Cotto, but Pacman needs to keep Marquez's name out his mouth!!!
