Ha ha, that whole situation was just strange. Jones and his trainer have went on record saying they were preparing for the bout and it seemed like it was close to a done deal back then, at some point though it dies in the water real fast. I am a huge fan of both so that fight was kind of weird it every aspect.

We could do a whole thread on just this fight, but to me all talks seemed to stop after that awards shows, it started out as what seemed like promotion then it got awkward and Tyson seemed dead serious and just like that it was over. I have no justification for that outside of my own opinion, but I will always feel that somewhere around that time something happened and the fight was off.

Is Sergio overrated? Absolutely. If he and Manny fought, would he KO Manny? Absolutely. I am still not impressed much by Sergio but he would put real hurting on Pac if they got in the ring. No way in hell Arum lets Manny go anywhere near Sergio, not even at 150lbs.
