haha exactly, i would do the exact same thing in his possesion. driving a quad bike drunk is legal in some counties. they have a section for drink driving in insurance. i went Malia, it was like that. Kelly Pavlik needs to go Malia if he wants to drive that drunk.

Sounds like he was near a city street is his only problem. He will probably only get 3 days of some sort of class, then probation. Shouldnt really get in the way of his comeback, if hes still going to try it out. Not good to hear he is drinking again though.

Canfield is a rural town outside of Youngstown and not uncommon to see ppl riding these sorts of vehicles also he was on private property not on the road and the owner of the land called the police after they heard the racket.
But the fact that he was drinking and his behavior towards the officers are disturbing.
