Miranda brings a name and excitment considering Clev won't leave UK and got his belt via forfeit this sounds like a better option than who they'll prob handpick.

        Me? Countless. I think he's ****. What's your point?

That Clev-Froch parallel you attempted was ****ing ridiculous. Hence remark, you're one of the most consistently awful pseudo-analysts here.

You see no comparison in their workrate, take a punch to give one style etc?

Agreed. Nobody with a bigger name will travel to Wales and I dont think Cleverly is ready for that. If Cleverly wants a big name and respect he needs to get by Miranda. Look what it did for Pavlik, Abraham and Ward.

The way I see it, if Cleverly can't get past Miranda than he isnt ****. If he does than it is a stepping stone to a big fight.

Not really. That they maintain high workrates and take some shots could be said about a lot of fighters. Froch is an idiosyncratic, awkward style and a deliberate puncher, Cleverly is a naturally upright and more typical fighter with fast-ish hands.

I'd hope that the parallel you were making ends there and that you weren't insinuating one with regards to Cleverly's "limited opposition" (JW, because the comparison immediately followed that remark). Froch has dealt with a variety of styles at the world class level. When Cleverly steps in with the class of opponent Froch has stepped in with, I think we'll see the difference in toughness and conditioning between him and Froch.

Nah, I believe Rocky Juarez gets more shots at titles than anyone.

When you are exciting and draw a big audience, you get title shots. Networks/promoters want asses in the seats.

Miranda is like Zab Judah...in which people will complain about him still getting good fights, but would still watch him on the low cause he got that legit puncher's chance if he can even catch you.

The only fight I want to see Miranda in at 175 is an Allan Green rematch.
