1. This has been blown over all proportions now.
2. Having a court trial would most likely deter some investors from participating.

Well, morales isn't happening, everybody and their brother already squashed that, including FLoyd himself. And, Alvarez isn't either, because he's fighting on April 21 reportedly. Also, what the hell is wrong with May??? It's Cinco De Mayo, historically maybe the biggest boxing weekend of all time. Put on some good Latino undercards, it would be bigger than already imagined.

Also, Floyd already took a plea deal, and will most likely do a week or two max in jail, so again....what's wrong with May??? You are going to tell me that Bob Arum is going to pull strings to build a new 45,000 seat Stadium in the next 5-6 months, and that's why May is bad??? You're delusional. Everybody and their brother knows who's holding up this fight, even Team Pacquiao admits Bob Arum is a b*tch and doesn't want the fight.

Pac says Floyd wants 100 million, it's been an old excuse for about 2 years now, all the while Pac never agreed to random testing. Floyd and Manny already agreed to everything but random testing in their negotiations in January 2010, now that Pac apparently agreed, what's stopping Arum from sitting down with Haymon, Ellerbe, and Schaefer.....nothing. Arum is just throwing more smoke screens and putting more roadblocks for the fight. Ask Pacquiao, and I guarantee he has ZERO PROBLEM fighting Floyd in May at the MGM Grand, the easiest most simple date/venue for the fight.

The Arum spin is beginning! Now June is to soon when last year Pac fought Margo in Nov then Mosely in May 7. May 7th was not cinco de mayo but it was celebrated around that time and last i checked i dont think either are mexican but now its to soon. Ward had a simlar cut that took less than 2 months to heal but Pac s will take more than 6 months. But lets start blaming Floyd for this fight not happening.
