Eubank or Froch - Who is better

Watson, Eubank and Benn are all a level above Froch.

Watson is a 1 win wonder. Froch's resume is much better.

Benn while clearly much more accomplished than Froch, In a matchup you have to take Froch winning by KO. Its the classic matchup of the Big puncher vs Iron chin. The Iron chin almost always wins

I think Froch would KO Watson in an absolute WAR

It would be a war, but no way in hell does Froch KO Watson. I think Watson finishes him in under 10, very underrated fighter.

Might seem like I don't give Froch a chance in much, but I believe Eubank/Benn & Watson were just that good.

If you didn't follow Boxing in real time back then, do some research and watch some footage...look at their resumes, and then look at Froch's...


It's like this, kids...Nigel Benn is one of my Top 20 favorite fighters of All Time...LOVED watching him fight...enjoyed watching Eubank fight too...but that doesn't change the fact they were both B+ fighters at their best...

Froch would comfortably beat the Eubank that Steve Collins beat and would have probably hung in there with a prime Eubank. Eubank would switch off and Froch could get his work done.

Froch could have existed comfortably in that era. They are all exciting but flawed fighters.

Let's be fair to Froch, he is slow at elite level but it takes someone as good Ward to take the play completely away from him. Ward is potentially a great, as long as his handlers aren't too careful with him.
