Well I had Ortiz up 3 - 1 in rounds against Floyd, so I'm pretty sure he was a real threat.

That's because you're either an idiot, or know nothing of boxing.

Trust me, Floyd can go up to heavyweight and beat the K-bros and these idiots would find something to hate Floyd for. They already have something cooked up already just in case he fights Martinez. "Oh, he fought him at 150. Not a legit win." I think I remember someone saying he'd fight Martinez at 147.

Sucker punch?! They touched gloves and Floyd had the smarts to take advantage. At the time I was pissed off and wanted to see how the fight unfolded even now I wish I could've seen how it would've unfolded (most likely wide pts Floyd) but call it what you may he knocked the guy out fair and square. Ortiz Shouldn't have turned it into a dog fight if he couldn't handle the heat. He mentally folded, Berto hit him harder and he got up.

Never. There are no real threats to PBF south of 160.

                Carry on.

the so called perfect defense is ****ing useless against left hooks

see what ward did to froch, thats what a good left hook will do to that moronic defense that leaves the chin wide open like that

floyd has legitimate chance of suffering an early KO and he knows it, he fears the fook out of manny- heck i aint never seen anyone so small hurt moseley the way manny did- that power is scary

secondly floyd shouldnt be scared of manny- he has the matchup advantage
he is aging better than manny
                  his jab is crisper
his defense is 10 times better
he has the confidence and he knows he blueprint to beat manny
(counter his rushes- wear him down- outlast him)

but that deep seated fear of 1 single left hook has made his balls shrink

                  thats the reality

ortiz was NEVER going to beat floyd

khan martinez or pacquiao are the only options floyd should be taking
                  why you so mad tho?

Hay douche bag, try watching the fight and scoring it yourself instead looking at compubox stats or listening to the bias commentary.

Floyd was controlling the Ortiz fight with total ease, he was hitting him with flush shots constantly.

Whether people want to say it or not, Mosley was a threat at that time. He was coming off a great performance, could still hit as hard as anyone at the weight and had something to prove; the problem was after 4 rounds of getting smacked with counters, Shane became gun-shy, and he still is to this day.
