Ward was just so composed in there, I'd never seen him that relaxed before, and he rarely used foot movement, he stood right in front of Froch, and used subtle upper body movement that threw Froch off tremendously, Ward looked like he was there to be hit, but he really wasn't. Ward is really starting to develop fully now.
I actually thought his foot work was the key. Those little half steps backwards that put him just out of range as Froch was coming in were superb, I though that was the main reason Froch couldnt land clean.

in very simple terms, god didn't give Froch the hand or foot speed to compete with Ward. Tactical efforts, this was the kind of fight that left you believing if they fought ten times, Ward would win them all easily

I hope Khan is taking notes from his countryman ... This is how you lose with character. Technique aside, Froch is a warrior and you can count on him snatching someone belt in the near future. Classy dude

Froch wins fans, while Khan loses fans.

Yeah and it's something Bute is very good at too controlling distance with his feet, taking a half step back then counter punching. I honestly think Froch gets stopped if he fights Bute.

I don't think there were any tactical errors made by Froch...Froch fought the best he could and gave 100%, he is just limited by his boxing ability, period. I really do not think it is anything he can make adjustments for, or change...he is what he is. Froch is a warrior and even though personally I cannot stand him and his arrogance, he will fight anyone and he never gives up, I cannot take that away from him. He just does not have the footwork, speed or coordination to be an elite "boxer" (boxer, not fighter...he is a great fighter....I mean boxer). Anyone with boxing knowledge and a keen eye saw this coming, I know I did. I knew when the super six started there was no way Froch would ever be able to defeat Ward. The skill level was just too glaringly different between the two. If Dirrell could have held his head together and been more mature and focused, you would have seen a similar fight when he and Froch fought, but Dirrell is not as mature, poised or focused as Ward. I am just not sure who at 168 can beat Ward to be honest? I would pick Ward over Bute. He may have to go to 175 to find a real true challenge. Maybe Cloud, Dawson, Silakh, etc.

got his ass whooped by a very very good humble lion

great respect for ward in not only the fight but for his love of the Lord and putting the Lord first and knowing this win was from the Lord

the 115-113 score card was almost as bad as castillo mayweather 1

this fight wasnt even close though, so its not like he could claim he was robbed

has no choice but to lose gracefully

Yeah people forget pretty quick don't they? I'm a Froch fan, but he acted like a complete twat after the Kessler fight. He was so certain he had won.
