Thompson will help to keep Wlad busier this year. I hope to see him fight three times in 2012.

i look forward to this fight. thompson is a fresh 40 in boxing terms. i think wlad will win but i'm interested to see if thompson will do better healthy. i don't like excuses after losses but he is one of the few getting another chance at a title so i want to see him take risks & go after him like sanders did. he doesn't have sanders speed but he's big & is a southpaw so it could be interesting.

This fight is an outrage, nothing has changed Thompson still doesn't have enough punching power to win the bout case closed. A rematch with Haye would be alot more reasonable than this ****, jesus if the HW divison is really eroded to this point fight Kimbo.

Thompson looked like he was fighting in slow motion in his last fight against Maurice Harris i.e. he looked like ****. Wlad will have no problem beating Thompson again because nothing has really changed since their first encounter.

Also, can't fault Wlad for taking this fight as it is his mandatory (IBF)...
