Ok, now I know you officially dont know nothing about boxing.. Ortiz was NO WHERE near Floyds level, he had his soul taken out by Maidana and had 1 life and death fight at WW with Berto the hypejob.. Ortiz was NEVER A THREAT to Floyd PERIOD..

Mayweather would pitch a near shutout over Martinez. If a Barker can hit and land on Martinez often, and the long, looping punches of Williams can, imagine what the cat-like speed and precision punches of Mayeather would do, not to mention Mayweather's defence is far superior. And the times Martinez drops his hands, it becomes target practice for Mayweather.

        No we won't

We won't ***** for 3 reason's 1 because Martinez is the one that has been saying all along that he will come down to 150lbs. And Mayweather will meet him at or above a real weight class 154lbs. and not for a title at middleweight but fighting under that limit. 2 Martinez is a small Middleweight that should be fighting at jr. middle and 3 Martinez isn't coming off loses and is considered # 3 in the pound for pound list!! [QUOTE=2501;11575306]wonder if the mayweather fans that ***** about Pac's catchweights will ***** about this one.[/QUOT

Then what is Pacquiao being, you fkn genius ?

So would I. *** Poochiao. Martinez is where its at.

Manny can go fight another little old lady, or he can go lose to Marquez again.

Im sorry but Ortiz was no bum...He beat the dog**** out of Berto...Just cuz Berto got one solid knockdown, he STILL couldnt finish Victor...Victor murdered Berto in my opinion..Berto was running and Vic threw all kinds of combos....and Victor used to beat up Pac in several sparring sessions...Roach said the beatdowns were so bad he had to break them up....just cuz Floyd beatdown Vic, dont mean Vic wasnt good...it just means Floyd is better than we thought...Floyd walked him down and this is the guy that beats up Pac, and Floyd was supposed to be scared of Pac....the same threat Vic opposed to Floyd was the same that Martinez did...Bigger, stronger, just as fast...Martinez has longer arms and he's taller, but a tough opponent, is just another tough opponent...To Floyd, their all tomato cans that he will mismatch...that includes Pac, Martinez, Wlad, Hop, Ward, Tyson, Ali, Lewis(Joe and Lennix)...there all the same

Going up to 160 would be cool and all but Floyd simply is too small to fight at that weight. He only weighed 150 against Oscar so I highly doubt he can make 160 and still keep his mobility in the ring.
Hugh Grant is just another pig-ignorant *******, no point in trying to explain common-sense issues to him, he has already decided what he wants to believe.

Martinez is going to be 37 soon and he will also be coming down a weight class. But the most important reason? Nobody knows who the hell Martinez is outside of the die hard fans. Good fight if it happens but it's meaningless for Floyd at this point.
When you say " everyone ", you are talking about casual fans.

Who cares what those ****s think ?

It would mean a huge deal for Mayweathers legacy imho.

Sorry, you are the ones dreaming because Pac already said that Martinez would have to come down to 147 which is impossible AND Bob Arum still wanted a weight stipulation that Sergio can't put on weight before the fight. Pac ain't and never was going to fight Martinez. Homie had the "too small" thing going for him since day one and after what Marquez was able to do against Pac. There is no way in hell Manny gets in the ring with Martinez. Sergio might catch a body.
