it's this. mayweather doesn't clinch he stays in pocket and actually fights technically and intelligently. ward constantly falls in and clinches and turns it into a ***gy wrestling match.

Yeah but I give credit to froch's body work for that. He could have beaten froch inside or outside but chose to force his way in and let froch tee off on his ribs.

point is when you're 'flat out dominating your opponent' maybe you should actually try to finish the show and not continue clinching nonstop it makes you look like you're unskilled despite the fact that you're "dominating"

HOw about break them down and then KO them. There is no such thing as a lucky KO either

Ward simply outbox and confused him, not really broke him down today, you can tell but how Froch finished the fight off

He REALLY needs to produce some KO's

who needs a KO when I can embarrass you for 12 Rounds and it is nothing you can do about it

all some of todays boxing fans talk about is "KO" "POWER" blah blah blah...boxing is more then that...when will some of you learn...if Power was everything then Froch would have won...Froch Power did nothing for him against Ward...if anything it hurt him because all he was doing is looking to land with that Power clean and he spent most of that fight Swinging at air

I notice that all of these guys with "POWER" when they can't land with that Power...neither of them are all that good and they get out-boxed for 12 Rounds ALL THE TIME by SKILLED BOXERS!

I was actually sitting there thinking to myself I don't know which is more embarrasing getting KTFO or getting systematically made to look like an amateur for 12 rounds by another fighter?

The 5,500 people who were in AC to watch one of the most significant fights in years?

Dont start pretending like you dont like KOs now. If you knew froch, he doesnt have great power either, maybe just a little above average, but he always TRIES for the KO.

You can debate it all you want but a LARGE majority of people find him extremely boring

                      How about both?

Its not impossible to make a fighter look amateurish and then stop him

The difference is if you try or not, and frankly Ward doesnt try
