I gave Froch 2 rounds. 3 being generous. It boggles my mind how professional judges could be that damn off, especially when Froch really didn't land anything of note, and the rounds that he did win he won because he got the better of a few flurries.

after two minutes in the first round ward landed a blazing left hook and froch went backwards the entire fight until round 11
i have ward winning 11 rounds to 1, giving froch the 12
rounds 5 and 11 were close..
but ultimately ward wins 11 rounds to 1, with froch looking like i said he would...
slow, uncoordinated, below average skills, poor technique with slow feet, slow handsComment

No surprises, Froch got out-techniqued, out-speeded and out-thought.
He took too long to figure out his best chance of winning, but he showed me enough in those late rounds to make me interested in seeing a rematch. Although, I don't expect to see it made, and certainly not immediately.Comment

I thought judges weren't allowed to score rounds even in the US?
I hope it's only one fight. And I agree Bute needs to try to get Froch to fight him next if Ward won't. And if Froch won't, he should try to get Kessler to fight him.Last edited by Dave Rado; 12-17-2011, 10:56 PM.Comment

Wow anyone who thought this fight was even close, knows NOTHING about boxing at all. This was a near shutout, I have Froch winning 2 rounds, at BEST. Ward put up a 42% connect rate which is ridiculous. Just as I predicted, Froch was outskilled, outworked, outwilled and was slow and plodding. Froch looked awful tonight, it was pretty pathetic actually. Those judges that gave 115-113 scores were on crack, that is absurd. This fight was 118-110 at the very least for Ward. As I said...Froch is just tough and has a chin, that's it.
