Pacquiao is clear on this subject 50/50 on the PPV but Floyd can have the majority of the gate. So, yes Pacquiao has agreed to take less money overall but, not a $40 million flat fee. In my guestimation Floyd would get 51/49 split overall because of the gate.

So Pacquiao has agreed to all the drug testing and a 49/51 split just to stroke Floyd's ego. Yet, Floyd wants more although he can technically say he's the "draw" with a 51/49 split.
