Testing has apparently been a non issue for a LONG time. Well before stadium talks came into the mix, or jail time.

And if it was as simple as take the test and we got a fight, well then this 50/50 problem right now shouldnt even be an issue.

Lets think about this logically...

As a boxing fan I want Money to take the 50/50 split for the sake of boxing because this fight has been dragging on way to long. As a businessman you have to understand that Mayweather is undefeated, he has generated more money over his career, and Pacman has went on record saying he'll take less money. Based off those variables, as a businessman I would NOT take a 50/50 split.

Boxing is a business and for Mayweather to take a 50/50 split under those circumstances he would be short changing himself.

The problem is that its a 50/50 split and everyone knows that one side would not accept if it was anything else. It is quite irrelevant what Manny said because promoters negotiate fights NOT fighters.
