It doesn't exist. Pac fans use it as an excuse to justify why the fight hasn't been made. You can't possibly blame Pacquiao. floyd made the statement as to why shouldnt he get paid 100 million, i dunno if he made that a demand tho. and im sure with the tv proceeds, sponserships, concessions, etc etc etc he can make 100 mill fighting pac. he made 65 fighting shane lol, prolly another 65 fighting victor
