I think Gamboa may just be ready to fight Pac and Floyd, but I don't think he can beat either of them right now... Maybe in 2 years.

He's extremely skillful, fast, powerful and talented - he absolutely has the ability to be a top P4P guy. I rate him higher than most fighter p4p wise.

His size wont allow him to go higher than 135 though, he's small and is reaching that point that he can't add much more weight to his frame without slight losing some of his gifts.

I think that the horse bolted on that fight with Rios moving up to 140.

I would wanna see Gamboa at lightweight before even guessing on that one.

A huge ask imho, even for the impressive talented Gamboa.

I really like gamboa, his style its really entretaining BUT.

I think he goes to wild and would lose to a guy with equal physicall ability but with more ring IQ and better defense. Like Floyd.

Pac match up would be awesome, but i dont see how he can beat Pac, he is just too strong.

I think the next p4p king its Gary Russell Jr. the guy its similar to Gamboa but with more ring IQ and better defense.
