If you watch the fight, Rahman chases him across the ring with the jab and drops Lewis in the corner. hardly lucky when you're in control. a lucky punch is McCall dropping Lewis or Maskaev KOing Rahman.

He started out moving backwards and landing the right cross to the body.....Which I think was his best and most underrated punch. Even better than his overhand right:

And then started moving Straight back trying to avoid bombs McCall was throwing.

Almost an identical scenario when he lost to Rahman in their first fight.

Nothing about those two knockouts were identical. Rahman knocked Lewis out while Lewises head was turned sideways, so he never saw the punch coming. Mc'Call knocked Lewis out with a left hook that met Lewises face on a counter.

The McCall and Rahman KO's of Lewis had something VERY similar. Both victors were facing the bored, uninterested, lethargic version of Lewis that made many boxing fans hate the guy, justifiably.

Vitali faced the same version of Lewis and Ko'd him also, thus ushering in the New Vitali Heavyweight Era. Oops, no he didn't. He was competitive, but he wasn't able to dispose of Lewis like either McCall or Rahman.
