    Er, not really.

My post was in response to another poster, who said something along the lines of Ward having easy fights earlier in his career as opposed to Froch.

When the fact is, Froch's level of opposition eariler in his career was utterly pathetic. And he has only being fighting Top level opposition since the tail end of 2008. And has only been fighting quality opposition 1 year longer than Ward.

No spin, no nothing. It's not making anyone sound worse or better, just a mere response to something.

It still doesn't change the fact that Froch up to this point on a whole has fought better fihgters than Ward. I have never denied that.

The quote is just saying when Froch was fighting Pascal Ward was fighting nobodies.

You then go on to not disagree with his point but just put a spin on it to show Ward in a better light, like saying something Froch oposition was just as poor before then.

Except, that's not all it's saying.

Andre definitely out of his comfort zone.

Johnson: Atlantic City, Win for Ward UD
Abraham: Finland, Close UD for Ward
            Kessler: Denmark, Kessler by DQ
            Dirrel: Home fight, Ward UD,
            Taylor: Connecticut, Taylor UD
            Pascal: Home fight, Ward UD
I don't think he would have been DQ'd in Denmark maybe penalized a point but still win a TD also Ward loses to Dirrel even if they fought in his living room Taylor like I said would have been a interesting early on

Taylor could beat Ward at 168? Really? The same Taylor who couldn't handle Pavlik's 'boxing' at 168? SMH.

I'm not sure if that's a serious question, but everyone was asking for Taylor to retire "before' the tourny started.

Secondly, I don't see Dirrel or Pascal giving Ward problems.

Well, maybe Dirrel, but I don't think Pascal will.
yes, AFTER froch beat the **** outta him

i would be very very very confident in ward getting stopped vs dirrell and taylor

Dude, cut it out. Ward would box his ears off. All Taylor did was fight and his defense was just bad.
