I respect some of his accomplishments. I do think he's an ATG but don't agree with the legendary crap his stans say about him. Top it off most of his big wins have been against guys moving up. Also legends fight through adversity and not fake low blows and injuries when the going gets tough.
That's good but I will remember him mostly for his antics, dirty tricks, and crying in and out of the ring.
That's cool, I remember him mostly for schooling the undefeated 7-1 favorite Tito Trinidad and crushing Puerto Ricans worldwide, schooling the undefeated and pound 4 pound fighter in Pavlik at age 43 as a 4-1 underdog, moving up two weight classes at the age of 41 and schooling the Man and Light heavyweight Champ in Tarver as a 4-1 underdog. Traveling to hostel territory at the age of 46 two times to beat the LHW champ in Pascal and showed a ton of heart after getting dropped for the first time in 16 years in the first fight. etc etc etc.
Is not What you have acomplished, BUT how you acomplish, and HOP has won most of his best fights fighting dirty and using jailbird tactics.
Its like, Who's money do you respect more: Bill Gates or Joaquin Guzman's.
