      Where do people rate him?

I think he's just a European level fighter. Vitali is going to destroy him. I don't know how he's getting a title shot, but it's not like anyone is willing to fight the Klitschko's.

Chisora is not even Euro level.

He is very bad but I believe the Klit's don't have many guys to fight out there.

Helenius was outclassed and dominated by Chisora. Watch the fight. It was one of the worst robberies ever. Helenius was coming off impressive knockout wins over 3 former world champions (Sam Peter, Lamon Brewster, Sergiy Liakhovich). It was a great fight, excellent performance by Chisora. He was 20 lbs lighter than he was for the Tyson Fury fight. That version of Chisora demolishes Fury. He deserves the title shot.

If you take the Klits out the picture there's really not much of a gulf in talent between Euro Level and World Level at the moment. Povetkin I suppose you could call World Level and he's a guy I can see struggling with many of the top ten. Helenius was considered world level or on the cusp of it and he got whupped. Del Boy's no great shakes but he's not an unworthy opponent in this division.
