now that it is pointed out, i agree, i see it too.

whats ironic, is that hopkins biggest asset is his mind and intelligence.

his iq in and out of the ring is what has lead him to be successful and still

healthy and fighting at the elite level at an astonishing 46.

Man...Hopkins is one of the best to do it but he b1tched up in this one....That was clear to see....He never wanted to fight Dawson until Chad finally lost and something about Chad in the ring worried Bernard. He saw an opportunity out of the fight and he took it. There was no separation in the ring as anyone with eyes clearly saw. That doctor was paid off...And if anyone says that doctors can be paid off, you don't live in the real world. That's why there is so much scamming of insurance companies going on.

What Chad did was no worse than what Cotto did Clottey.

Like someone suggested before if Nard doesn't want the fight then Dawson - Pascal 2 should be for the title

I've noticed that too, boxingscene has used that picture numerous times. Why would that be? It's not some famous picture of him or of any importance, just some random pic which caught him making a funny face. whatever though

Point 1 is depending on how you look at it. Hopkins has a history of fighting dirty & maybe Dawson wanted to set boundaries when Bernard got on his back. In point 2 he may have believed he did nothing wrong. Same with point 3. In regards to points 4 & 5 - well you & I are just used to an earlier age when boxers (& fans) had more class. I was at the fight & at first people were booing Hopkins (I don't boo) for acting, then booing Dawson & then people were just booing themselves for believing this fight would actually be a good fight.

Hopkins is a fraud I predict he will fight bums from here on out and cash out if pressured to face anybody good like the Super6 winner, Bute, Cloud, or a Dawson rematch. Good job in rewarding a bum for jumping on the other fighters back.

Not surprising Hopkins wants to leave it up to his people to who he fights. And Shiefer doesn't want the rematch. Dawson/Hopkins should get the rematch on hbo not ppv. Hopkins was not going to beat Dawson and he knew it. Now again, they talking about fighting another smaller guy from the lower divisions, i hope it backfires on them.

Dawson reminds me of Jermain Taylor, a young talented motivated fighter and one who would also beat Hopkins.

When has hopkins faced bums? Other than his tune up fight and his revenge fight with Roy Jones he's fought nothing but top rated fighters since turning the age of 40.

Who ever else he fights reporters are going to bring up Dawson's name in interviews with him.
