I want him to just fight Glen Johnson and both of them call it a day.

He has plenty of options : Bute, Cloud, Kessler, Froch, etc...

A Dawson rematch will never happen, though. Chad said he didn't want it, Golden Boy and HBO made clear that they don't want it, and the fans don't want it.

Without an injury, Hopkins/Dawson is one of the most boring fights that could ever occur. Hopkins would have to clinch a lot to negate Chad's handspeed, Chad would cry like a baby about the inside fighting (no inside game at all), lots of rough-housing for 12 rounds en route to a 7-5 decision for either dude.

      No thanks.

Dawson is the toughest fight at 175.

Can't believe any one thinks Cloud beats Hopkins. That dude gets brutally outboxed. Just another fighter with an 0 on Hopkins resume.

If not Dawson, sorry, there's no one else at 175 that can beat Hopkins. Give Pascal a third match just because the first two were all action fights, plus on paper they're 0-1-1, Hopkins should go for the tie breaker, i'm sure he beats Pascal again. Pac is supposedly an all time great and not only he fought Morales coming off a loss to Raheem, he then fought him a third pointless time. Hopkins can do it too, Pascal gave a better account of himself in both fights, than Morales did in his rematch and trilogy.

If not, wait for Ward to kick Froch's ass. Dawson, Ward, Dirrell are the only three guys capable of beating Hopkins. Cloud, Pascal, Froch, Kessler, Bute all get their ass kicked.

he looked like a 50 year old man for once in his last fight

i want to see him retire and try his hand at business in philli
that's what he wants to do in retirement, become the greatest businessman in philli
and he's got the drive to do it. i dont want to see him box anymore

he;s going to get knocked out eventually. he's nowhere near what he used to be

He can't beat Dawson IMO, so he wont fight him.

I myself have little to no interest in any other fight Bernard could take.

Sleep with whatever official overturned the decision.

I'm hoping that he would retire.

I hope Hopkins runs off into the sunset. I know I'm never watching him in a fight again. So he's still strong enough to run after Pascal and stick his tongue out, and do pushups before a round, but he can't handle being pushed on his ass? Whatever.

Even if he did fight Cloud, he'd probably pull some bullsh** in that fight too.
