Mayweather's stance has been the same throughout. If Pac takes the test, he'll fight him. It was Pac who went from being scared of needles, to superstitous, to needing a 24 day window, to needing a 14 day window, to needing a 7 day window. As soon as he said he'll take the test in full, said let's do it. Doesn't sound like Mayweather was the one stalling from where I'm sitting. Of course now, Arum is saying Pac's cut may not be healed. So according to you, Mayweather is a psychic. He was so afraid of the threat of Pacquaio, he asked for OSDT, knowing that Pac would say no. Just like Mayweather once again showed his psychic powers by calling out Pac a week or two before the JMM fight, knowing that Pac was gonna look like crap.

So what have we learned here? Not only is Mayweather a great fighter. He has the ability to see the future and anticipate what another human being is thinking.
