While negotiations have broken down in the past, several times, Roger told BoxingScene.com that he's very confident about the fight taking place. If Pacquiao doesn't fight Floyd his fan base is not going to forgive him. It's a slap in the face to all those who believe he is the Pound for Pound king. It will make him look like his ducking Floyd.
