This is true! I mean **** Margarito has a great chin. Just wished he'd have more boxing skills, but hey what can I say he's a brawler.

I would love to see Kirkland/Angulo/even Margarito fight Canelo. I think it would be great tests...

You are right about Arum keeping it in house and I can see him convincing Cotto to do a third fight with Marg. Eventually it'll be about making more money for the fighters as well as TR.

On the other hand if Cotto truly wants to keep his warrior image and continue to be known as the champion who never duck anyone, then it's good bye Top Rank and Cotto will go solo looking for real competitive fights against top opponents.

        I favor Canelo over Cotto
Cotto wont look the same against a guy with power speed and that doesnt stand right in front of him not to metion someone with a good body punch

Young Canelo does have the experience to deal with Mayweather nor Cotto right, now. He needs to fight a few more boxer that have some good boxing skills, speed, and power...before he measures up to these guys. I like the kid but it isn't his time yet !

Cotto will whip this kid. Heck Cotto's brother had Canelo in trouble in the second or third round about two years ago during the Mosley / Mayweather event and Cotto's brother is no where near as talented as Cotto. Cotto has too much experience.

Alvarez's mouth is 2 years behind his skills. He needs to take his time and keep quiet. His time is coming. Patience!

I say if the kid wants Cotto then let him fight him. It's funny reading comments on here sometimes. Dudes stay ****ting on fighters for being hype jobs and overrated but once the fighter(s) want to step up and take on a bigger challenge then posters are like "he's not ready for that guy and this guy" What are you guys fans or boxing promoters? I would love to see Canelo really test himself because he has to sooner or later and he should do it preferrably sooner. Look at Khan's last fight.
