Vitali is immensely dominant, but none of his opponents since Lewis have had the combination of skill and size needed to be competitive. If Vitali can find someone his own size, in good shape and with good skills, and dominate him like he's done the rest, then he unquestionably belongs on the list.

I suspect Vitali really is as good as he seems, but he hasn't got the opponents to prove it.
