Frank is being a twat like most people. The version of lamont that turned up in DC was 10 times better than hes ever been. It annoys me to no end that people dont credit Lamont for the performance of his life, they just bash Khan for not winning. Khan is not the prblem, i do feel that Roach is the wrong trainer for him, although roach is a great trainer Khan needs to learn to stand his ground and fight on the inside.

in Khan's case he basically wrote himself off, by writing checks his azzz can't cash, nobody has doubted that khan is a talented fighter, but he's no where near elite and shouldn't have been placing himself with the likes of Mayweather because he's not in that class, its quite disrespectful to Floyd to I may add considering just how difficult it is to accomplish what he has. Floyd has always been elite and has never been knocked out nor lost not when he was 21, 25 or 34. I think now that Khan has been brought back down to reality hopefully he can get back to the basics, focus and bounce back even better and improve his defense and inside game and forget about his Mayweather payday dreams for a while because if he loses again he is really DONE...

warren is dead on,Amir simply has terrible defense and when he gets hit he clearly and obviousley gets hurt,Hes also correct in saying coming to america did him no good to work on that,first of all he went to the wrong trainer to tighten up defense.Roach is a great trainer but his specialty is building brawlers with little to no defense and works solely on offense as defense.roach favorite type fighter was roberto duran type ,he fought like that when he was active ,and his fighters all fight like that as a result of him training them that way,but fact remains in order to use that style effectivley you have to have a great chin and Khan doesnt nor will ever have that.in order to able to compete or beator hang with pnd for pnd kings you have to have it all.
