I don't care about Mayweather Sr's personal issues with Roach, but if Khan is not capable of fighting on the inside, I don't think his career would last especially now that Peterson had exposed his weakness. Khan's style needs tremendous amounts of stamina, biking, moving a lot, establishing distance...

Khan's tactics were all wrong. He can't fight on the backfoot, yet he was going backwards vs a come forward fighter?

Wtf! And when he was going forward he wasn't really impressing me, too much jumping and lunging, no patience whatsoever.

I think there is a positive link between Roach's deteriorating condition and the performance of his fighters imho.

Mayweather is a great trainer no question. ROGER Mayweather that is. Roger made Floyd Mayweather Jr. Roach made Pacquiao, Khan and many others. Mayweather Sr has only made top fighters lose badly (Hatton, DLH etc) so why does this half dead wannabe trainer even have a voice? Floyd Jr said it best..."You aint S--T"

Pac did beat JMM. 8 to 4.

                    wrong..........

ROGER didn't make FLOYD MAYWEATHER. FLOYD Sr. made FLOYD MAYWEATHER. You can't undermind this mans boxing knowledge. Floyd fights like his daddy use to. He defends like his daddy use to. Floyd Sr. taught him everything he knows about boxing. Don't forget that. How many world class fighters has Roger trained??? And for the record, the best version of OSCAR was with Floyd Sr. No question about it. Hatton had no skills so there was nothing Floyd Sr. could teach him. Don't blame him for Hatton being a dumb fighter. Sr. wasn't dumb in the ring. I don't always agree with what he says, but he doesn't get the credit he deserves.

So, here we are, the boxing fans are debating the validity of the Mayweather Sr. statement about Khan, which he's dead on. I mentioned this in another thread, after watching the fight. The dude fights wild like Pacquiao, which is not his style, also, he's doesn't have the power to pull it off. Meanwhile, the Pacfans are't commenting on what is being said, but instead are debating the source-Mayweather Sr. Ish never gets old...lol.
