Yeah, when he slapped the attention into him it vaguely brought to mind Mickey from the Rocky movies.

I was thinking the same thing. I thought right then that Lamont was going to win the fight.

He didn't really give him much technical advice. But I guess he didn't need it...Could have told him to cut the ring off. But what he did was more effective in the end and got the job done.

I think Peterson did a good job cutting off the ring. I mean if you go back to the Pac -vs- Mosley fight, and compare how Pac cut off the ring to Peterson, then Lamont did great and even better. Khan was blantantly running at times, which he did so impressively, and to a degree which Peterson actually had to start running after him

Hunter was mega inspirational. Without Hunter, this fight is a draw like the Ortiz fight.

Hunter pushed him and asked for more when Lamont thought he couldn't. He drew inspiration from Peterson's rough childhood and helped him become champion. There were two very different forces pushing against each other last night. Both very deserving and Peterson just wanted it more.

Hunter sparked Peterson up, you gotta love that.

I enjoyed every second of Hunter's motivational speeches.
