Why isn't his brother representing the U.k if they're English? He claims to be English as Britain has a large ****** community which means more fans, more money.
Because he wasn't picked by the British selectors.

Chisora has class and is not disrespectful? LOL yeah right.

His brother wanted to represent the UK I believe but didn't get funding.

sometimes a fighter's emotions get the best of him, especially right after a fight in which most people know they won. . .

as a fellow pakistani myself, i am proud of khan's performance in the ring. . . HE IS A JIHAD WARRIOR!

Yeah he probably did let his emotions get the best of him tbh
Do you legitimately think Khan was jobbed?
I thought the referee warned him plenty of times tbf & I'd put it down to his lack of inside fighting that cost him the fight.

In all fairness, he should of shown a little more class in defeat.

The Marquez things a little different though, he has a case of 3 close fights vs the same guy not going his way, not surprised he walked off the way he did, I'd of been screwing.

Chisora is just an eccentric, he's an entertainer that talks mad crap to get into opponents heads etc
In defeat he certainly didn't act like a spoiled brat.

Same when he lost to Fury, he actually cracked jokes about himself being fat & lazy, he didn't cry about it, he went away & trained harder and come back and fought the fight of his life against Helenius & he took that defeat too which we all know he won.

all fan-ship aside, i honestly think khan won that fight clearly, but closely. . .

i think the best referees are the ones who are neither seen nor heard, and unless there is some blatant fouling going on, you gotta let the fighters fight. . . ESPECIALLY in close fights like this. . peterson was also using his forearms and elbows on the inside, leading with his head, and low blowing khan (if u watch, a lot of his body shots were below the waist-line). . . i think the referee wanted peterson to win, and was going to do anything he could possibly get away with doing to ensure Peterson won the fight.

I think the only person that can apologise is Amir himself. Im a Brit/Pakistani and this is the reason ive been put off Amir recently, because of his big mouth. I think Lamont showed a lot of class last nighr, a big differece in the character of both men

No he was born in Britain and is a British citizen, just like Chris Eubank and Nigel Benn.

I'm not sure about his family though, but Khan himself is British.

why the heck would the pakistani community need to apologise?

alot of fighters make alot of dumb comments in the heat of the moment. did the black american community apologise for bernard hopkins comments? did the black community apologise for mayweathers antics (burning money, acting like a pillock etc)?

                  no did the heck.

did the white community expect/demand an apology as you are doing?

                  no did they heck!!!

anyways as for the fight, both fighters put on a good show, i had it 114 to 113 for khan. however i can see why a few of the rounds may have been given to peterson. khan was literally running away from lamont or pushing him away. khan should have utilized some upper body movement instead of opting to stand his ground and block LP's punches with his arms.

khan also threw alot of punches but never really stamped his authority on the fight.

I wasn't surprised he said the things he said and he has the right to say it. I myself wouldn't of done that and feel that he should of been classier but imo, after reading all the Khan quotes and what he says, he's still rather immature. Add the frustration and how awful he probably feels by losing, you're probably gonna see that.

With that said, you gotta love Peterson and the joy it brought to him. Very gracious and just wonderful moment to see him and his interview.

                      Okay I apologise, my bad.

I just feel he should of perhaps at least of thanked his fans & been a little more humble in defeat, showed a tad more respect to what was truly a wonderful crowd. The atmosphere seemed immense!

Hopefully he stops with the ridiculous name-calling and other crap and gets a new trainer which IMO he desperately needs as it's quite clear he hasn't learned an awful lot since being with Roach apart from he's found the amazing reverse gear.

Sure it's boxing but as fans we do judge fighters from their personalities and he really is losing a lot of fans with the way he acts.
