As a boxing fan... What do you cop the most flack for?

I also get **** from my grandfather and his boxing faithfuls because I believe that a top form Whitaker at 135 was the only man that could have beaten a top form Duran at 135 in a 15 round bout.

Stipulation being that both men are at their very best...Whitaker had the legs and smarts to do it.

Oh, definetly. Prime Duran vs. prime Whitaker Whitaker would of taken this in hard-fought 15 round fight. I would probably pick 9 rounds to 6 in favour of Sweat Pea.

Sweat Pea in his prime was unbeatable. He is the best 135 lber ever in my opinion.

I also get **** for being an Oscar Delohoya loyalist...he is the only fighter that I can say I have sat down and watched every single fight as they happened...do that and you form a special bond with a fighter...I take **** for loving the guy but I also take **** for marrying my wife so Im used to taking ****. MANNYP-Listening to you speak/post is amazing...there are times in my life where I reflect back to long ago and I think what was it like to listen to PLATO speak of his cave allegory or go on at length about "forms"

Although it is impossible to go back listeing to you speak has given me some insight into what it must have been like to listen to a man who was truly ahead of his time.
