He's from my city, and not many great fighters have came from my city...well Corrals came from my city, but he ain't the greatest ever lol, has lots of flaws but still great..

This guy seems to be the next BIG thing, and he has been blowing all his opponents out, he is also very skilled...watch out for this guy!

      Sacramento has been well represented.
Tony Lopez....& wasn't Bobby Chacon from Scaramento (or did he just fight there a few times ?)

The Klits easily, I've also caught alot of **** for Gatti and Marciano. Funny how they're all white, as no positive comment I've ever made about a black fighter has been met with any resistance lol

Well, Bobby Chacon is right from outside of Sacramnto, but basically trained here all the time..

My old trainer(who fought DLH and Floyd and was a *****) sparred him all the tim..

and Tony Lopez was from here, yeah..I never seen these guys fight though, I only been watching boxing for a littl more than a year and a half..

but from what I hear, all these guys are straight up brawlers...lol

Would be nice to have a great dominanant fighter from Sacramnto
I hope Corrales can rebound from his loss to Castillo..

I am moving to Detroit in July, but will always have the backs of Sacramento fighters

There are 2 fighters in my gym, both rankd #1 in the nation (amaturs), both only been with my trainer for less than 2 years..

In other words, looks like Sacramento has a bright future.

I get the most **** for Miguel Cotto and JAmes Toney obviously. It's my favorite fighter outside of Whitaker and my favorite young fighter today, so naturally I defend them or whathaveyou whenever I see fit.

I've gotten much more realistic about Cotto lately, but I still think he has a lot of growing to do and will have success at higher weights.

I used to get a lot of **** for saying Toney would be HW champ one day, but look at me now mudda****as...

I also get **** from my grandfather and his boxing faithfuls because I believe that a top form Whitaker at 135 was the only man that could have beaten a top form Duran at 135 in a 15 round bout.

Stipulation being that both men are at their very best...Whitaker had the legs and smarts to do it.

But thinking this way means that I have to cop a lot of flack from other posters, because Calzaghe is not one of the most "liked" or "respected" boxer's in the world.

                    Joe Calzaghe without doubt.

Before Hatton proved his worth it was him(seems crazy now!!)

The thing I don't like about the posters here is it's very hard to get there credit. For instance, when KT TKO'd Sharmba they said Kostya was at his best, but now when Hatton wins he was "over the hill".

It's garbage if you ask me.
