    • I didn't score, but felt Lamont won. Khan looked very sloppy and desperate early on, which surprised me a lot. He looked too anxious, too eager. I also felt if he had stepped up to Lamont in the centre of the ring and delivered some power shots inside, it might have been in his favour. There was a moment when Khan held his ground and doubled Lamont up.

Instead, Khan stuck to trying to keep Lamont at range and trying to tame the bull with fast combos, turning or pushing Lamont and resetting. Unfortunately for Khan, Lamont rushed through and once he had him on the ropes, Khan didn't know how to fight effectively. I think Lamont was even more effective and adamant than Maidana at rushing.

Khan was running at top speed all night so any round you look at will be the same.

Peterson deserved the nod, he was the aggressor flat out, he was there to fight for the title not race for a title. And Khan started cheating by pushing Pete's head down, locking his head, pushing off and throwing elbows.

And some have a nerve to talk about others throwing elbows, but its apparently OK for Khan to elbow his opponents to death.

Close fight, but Peterson deserves the win ......

            • Here's the thing though, these were key factors for keeping the fight close enough for something like this to happen:

              - Khan started the fight as the aggressor then it looked like he felt a punch and started running when in reality he just adapted and started boxing. Giving the wrong impression to the judges.

              - Khan started boxing but he doesn't know how to box good enough to rely on it... he literally ran a few times. Like he actually ran.

              - Lamont actually ran after him... literally lol.

              - Khan stayed on the ropes and gave Lamont chances to look like he was landing hard shots when in reality they weren't hurting Khan.

              - Lamont took advantage of Khan's poor boxing and charged after him making it look like he was suffocating him - he did this till the very last bell.

Was Khan the superior fighter tonight? In my opinion, he was the more dominant fighter. Stats will argue that Peterson was more effective but Khan was more dominant.

NOW, you are fighting in his hometown and you are running. Then you get 2 points taken away and keep running with poor boxing skills. 1-2-3 overrun, 1-2-3 overrun, 1-2-3-4 run like a whore.

These things were huge to the judges, specially when the fight was taking place in Washington.

Khan put the fight in a place for something like this to happen.

Whatever Khan says, he's talking ****. You cannot hold the fighters head down and push off. If he comes in with his head down you would take headbutss. That never happened. Khan's being a wanker talking about being the cleaner fighter. He just wasn't.

The British commentators were all saying "Khan has to be careful, he's fighting with too many fouls and he might lose a point if he keeps doing it." Everyone but him seemed to realise that Peterson wanted to fight, Khan wanted to hold.

That's what it comes down to. Peterson tried to fight. Khan tried to push and hold. It's against the rules to hold someones head down and push them off. Not only that but he was warned throughout the entire fight. What else do you need to stop doing it? When Khan didn't hold Petersons head down, he got beaten up in exchanges that were clean, but because that kept happening he needed something, anything, to stop Peterson from winning those exchanges and it ended up being holding and pushing.
Quoted for truth, can't green you though.

I dont trust Bradley with a swarmer like Khan.

Bradley throws wide and has been caught while swinging...and with Khan having the speed advantage....i dont know about Bradley winning

And now he wouldn't get the credit for it. Big f*** up by Bradley in this situation.
