    Can anyone think of a fight where a ref took a point for pushing off? I cant off the top of my head

        I didn't see that fight, and I don't think the HBO guys did either I guess. Maybe Haye should have warned Khan since he was in his corner. But in Khans case it was so blatant that there was some hometown cooking going on.

            During the Khan Peterson fight, Jim Lampley said he's never seen this happen before. Maybe that time it was well deserved and didn't really cross their minds. Like I said, I did not watch that particular fight nor have I seen a point deduction for pushing. But I've definitely seen hometown favoritism.
