You didn't answer the QUESTION,,,WHY ??? Why did JR duck Cotto and Margo in their prime ?

I did answer you but you ain't paying attention........

Arum said while Mayweather would have taken the $8 million to fight Margarito, he asked for a $10 million guarantee to fight opponents such as Miguel Cotto and Ricky Hatton, when Arum was only willing to guarantee $7 million.

Arum said Mayweather also asked for $20 million to fight De La Hoya, a fight Arum said he wasn't interested in participating in.

"That's not in the cards," Arum said. "He wants $20 million for the De La Hoya fight? It's not there. Sometimes, my man, you gotta know when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em. We'll talk about things down the road."
Floyd Mayweather Jr. rejected promoter Bob Arum's $8 million offer to fight welterweight titlist Antonio Margarito, and he instead exercised a provision in his contract to buy Arum out.

"We're looking for guys like Ricky Hatton and 'Pretty Boy' Floyd Mayweather. So you're seeing now the finishing touches on the emerging superstar, and in 2006 hopefully he will be able to claim the mantle of the, real superstar."

Hatton emerged as the recognized 140-pound champion with his TKO of Kostya Tszyu June 11. Mayweather, the pound-for-pound king who is also promoted by Arum, stopped Arturo Gatti to claim a junior welterweight title two weeks later.

Cotto against either man would certainly qualify as a super fight, but before either match can be explored seriously, he has to keep winning."

"I KNEW you would respond this way. But you CLEARLY said that Floyd never fought a fast southpaw with power. That's a false statement. I never said nor implied that he (Zab) was near Pac's level."

LOL, I don't know what's so false about it, Zab Judah, although a very good southpaw in his prime, has always had issues with stamina-which, of course, effects a boxers punching power in the later rounds. He pretty much licked both Cotto and Clottey in the first six rounds of those fights but gased out in the later rounds.

The implication is understood if we're both comparing two left-handed fighters with punching power. My point was Zab neither has the 4-6 combination hand speed, nor the explosive punching power that Pac brings to the table.

Your right no one needs to tell you how much of ***** you really are. THis is boxing son and on any given night one hook can end it all. Lets not forget easily Mosely put your boy FLOYD on ***** street. Only reason Flody was still standing was becaus ehe was holding onto his arm for dear life. Pac lands a hit like and smells blood in the water no arm holding will save FLOYd.

You and Syrain need to start posting on other threads already. Once FLOYD looses this place will be so quiet. Mostly because the two *****s who stir the most **** will be gone and that is Reloaded and Syrian with thier ass backward thinking about boxing.

Hell, why not get the champ Cotto to defend his title at a catchweight of 145 on top of not having proper time to heal from the gnash on his head."

You Pac guys kill me forreal. After all of the evidence you guys still blame Floyd for the fight not happening. Well, maybe because he wanted to take a blood tests most if not every public school girl and boy would take. Lets ask Dan Rafael of ESPN what he thinks about why the fight is not happening....

Pac fans are loyal. I will give you that.

            YOU FLOYD fans are delusional.

Bottom LINE mang is that JR did NOT want to fight Cotto nor Margo,,,and putting a spin on the matter just adds to the belly ache.

IF JR had wanted to put his skills against those two ,,,,,HE WOULD HAVE done it,,,, the same with PAC !!

All are mislead about the Pac fight that say Pac lost, that is hilarious, hahaha

but lets say he did, he did it without forcing Pac to take tests but JR ,, hahaha , JR is rather disturbed by the is little Asian guy who can dust your backside with the canvas so he makes up an excuse to AVOID PAC !!

YOU can present anything and put a spin on it but I don't buy spins.

JR has avoided Cotto since 2007 and Margo and for the Past three years he has DUCKED PAC.

Arum is BULL**** !! HE has always been bullshi#

IF a fighter wants a fight he will get that fight if he has status like JR.

I dont go with the what if this what if that , yeah sure anybody can be beat and anybody or thing can loose ,,,life is a gamble and the odds that Pac will land that KO punch on Floyd are slim , the odds Floyd gives him a boxing lesson are very high , thats the reality and if this was Russian roulette I would bet on Floyd without hesitation simply because he a much better fighter the skill difference is lots , so enjoy your what if he lands kid, Floyd will be a very short favorite for a reason . those people got eyes too .
