Cotto at 145 was prime after Margarito and Clottey fights? Clottey lost to Cotto and never won any significant fight in his whole career. Mosley after Margarito and Ortiz were regarded more and prime than Cotto and Clottey. Pac hasn't fought any top fighters at WW and Floyd retired twice.
