    BTW,

**** off, you frontrunning ****. You have no interest in either Cotto or Margarito and have only jumped this whole furore so you could run your yap and feel cool about being on the "vindicated", "winning" team. Stop trying to fit in and leave this fanatical crowing to the PR's and actual Cotto supporters, who do it far better than you ever will.
Class of fans vs Class of the fighter

And i may not be Puerto Rican but i am one of the biggest cotto fans and it isnt nationalistic man love. I have been to his last 3 fights held in NY, Not like you who keeps on pretending to fly over to watch the fight. So spare me the drama and keep at sucking off your mate Dirk Diggler, mate

Makes a lotta sense. You are clearly a bigger Cotto fanboy than I'll ever be a fan of Tony. Which is why ur so desperately trying to force me to feel what you want me to.

TintaBoricua-I understand what you're saying about Margarito, I really do. I personally would've liked the fight to go on so we could've had a legit closure and so we wouldn't be in this mess. However, given Margarito's eye, and the fact that Cotto wasn't tiring like he was in the first fight, I believe Margarito was clearly on his way to losing either by a wide UD or a stoppage (either in the round or in the corner). That's my honest opinion.

And if it makes you feel any better, I'll even give you that between Cotto, Mosley, and Pacquiao...Cotto was the "least" impressive of the three. But even like that, he still made Margarito look very, very bad.

        My two cents, Stones.
I highlighted "the point" in my post for you because:

NObody is trying to force you to feel anything. Youre making butthurt excuse for why Marg was stopped in 9 rounds and im pointing out exactly how butthurt you are.

Am i the one making you feel butthurt? Ummm no, thats cotto's fault for stopping Marg in 9 rounds

RC; Yes, I was making an entirely seperate observation about the hypocrisy of the fanbase, after having already commented on the fight. Well done, you finally figured it out. *golf clap*

Pretending? Would you like to see some video taken during the undercards and main event (including a few moments of the Mexican guy I mentioned singing his anthem)? I can happily oblige within the hour. Let me know.

I'll end for now on this note. I can accept a loss easily, but I didn't leave feeling like my guy took an "L". The patch of Ricans we left in even seemed bewildered that I continued to cheer Tony and chant his name after the outcome, instead of kicking rocks with my head down.

Tony Margarito IS boxing, in spirit; and, as a fighter, among many more technically blessed peers, he captures my imagination like scant few others have in this era. I don't believe he ever cheated in a fight, but that he will remain such a controversial figure only adds to his particular, singular mystique. Not a HOF'er, but undoubtably a Legend. It was a pleasure and a privilege to have supported him in person, win, lose or draw. Antonio, thanks for keeping boxing alive in my heart.

Sure man. You wouldnt have to keep repeating yourself if that was the case.

There are more fighters that I care about losing more than Tony at this point. And ive seen Tony get beat faaaaaar worse than that before.

No matter how hard you and the other Cotto fanatics try to put that loss on the same level.

I might be a fruitcake, who cares?

Check back in an hour or so and you shall see my diminutive ally for the night proudly singing his heart out, LOL.

So are you saying that if Khan UD's Prescott or even stops him in the 9/10th round, it still wouldnt make up for the victory that Prescott had........

Why is there such an emphasis put on HOW the result came about.....the reason most Cotto fans are enjoying this victory is simply because of all the Margarito fans saying he was gonna brutalize him again....sorry guys....it didnt happen.....

You would have a point if everyone said before the fight that Margarito was completely shot and had no chance of winning but Margs stans claimed he was gonna whoop ass......

Im only repeating because you keep repeating.

And i dont care if you saw him get beat faaaaaaaar worse then that before. Point is he completely dominated and beat him up

You're just trying to compensate this loss as "not that bad" by comparing it to his previous 2 loses but it doesnt take away that it was a dominating performance, no matter how many excuses you Marg fanatics makes
