Pretty sure that Mayweather will be remembered for a longggggg time. Not to mention his whole flashy/bad guy image. Stop hating.
Sounds like you have a serious case of man-love. Look I'm not dis*****g his record or his ability, merely how memorable he will be as a fighter. This guy sums it up well:

and this guy shows just how quickly a fighter can fade from the memory:

For a fighter to be remembered there needs to be something of the spectacular about him, or at very least has been involved in legendary thrilling fights.

With Mayweather we usually see mundane fights and outside of the ring his personality is that of faux gangsta rapper, he simply won't have longevity because he doesn't excite, thrill or leave us in awe.

3 Vladimer Klitsko_gens most dominate heavyweight never had a true threat

4 Antonio Margarito_gens most contraversial fighter true villian

Thats how I think it maybe. Discuss
Floyd-Raw untapped talent never rose to his true potential.

Manny Pacman- Most overrated fighter of the era.

Wlad Klith- 2nd only to big brother of the era.

      Margarito- Agree with you.

B-Hop-Best fighter of the era, last of an extinct breed of oldschool fighter.

No matter what you say, Vitali will be remembered as one of the most dominating heavyweights of all time with the greatest KO percentage of all time, every future HW champion will be compared to him and will be considered worse than him by many.

"Vitali Klitschko would have killed him" - that's what will be said about any HW champ in the future.

Im guessing he means in a more mainstream way. Its a lot of guys who post here everyday that dont know who Locche and Benitez are.

          LOL.

Pacquiao and Floyd will be remembered and talked about the most. Most fighters that stand the test of time in the casual eye normally have a dance partner(s). Sugar and the bull. The Greatest and Smokin Joe. The big four. Sweet Pea and Big Julio. They just may be the first to do it and never fight each other. They top the list together.

Bhop may very well be remebered only as the old guy. Not fair but hey he doesnt have a superstar dance partner.

DLH is the Golden Boy who showed up at the perfect time. He has fought everyone from 2 generations. That lucky duck is 2nd.

The Klitschko's will vaguely be remebered in the states but revered in Europe so its hard to place them.

Roy is international and will be well talked about if he would just retire and quit f-in up his legacy. Solid 3.

If we're talking 2000's Tyson shouldnt be mentioned. But he definitely would rearrange this list.

I think in 50 years time people will search and search for replay of Roy Jones vs BHop 1 only to be disappointed when viewing it.
