Call me Crazy But I believe Cotto does have a better chance this time maybe he won't win because i see the same thing from the first fight.. Pacs legs aren't what they used to be and he seems a bit slow now but Pacquiao on activity would just overwhelm Cotto Again Cotto is not Marquez and doesn't have the technique of Marquez or ring IQ , Depends on the weight and if theres no Catchweight.Cotto has to Box and not trade with Pacquiao .
