It's true. Judah fought too defensively v Khan and made it an easy night. Would Judah be an easy fight for Peterson? some will say yes, I'm not so sure.

Hell yeah this will be a much tougher fight. Judah looked like he wanted and out from R2, Peterson will give Khan some problems.

IDK about that because Peterson doesn't really let his hands go and has mediocre to poor defense, to beat Khan it is absolutely critical that you let your hands fly from round 1 through 12, timing Khan is not easy as it seems, unless your name is Breidis Prescott lol..

lamont aint going out like zab man at this stage of his carear he already has way more heart and resolve than zab, much beter boxer than people give him credit for and this will be a very good test for amir that could go eithier way imo. i hope he's focus and not looking ahead to floyd or it could be a upset

Peterson is a live underdog in this fight.

If Khan decides to use his combinations and moving strategy, Peterson will oblige and put an immense amount of pressure on him.

Khan does a good job at using the strategy, but after throwing 60-70 of his speed punches per round and being on the move continuously, he starts to wear down. The differences can be seen in the Kotelnik and Maidana fights, where he uses this strategyc, and the Malignaggi fight, where he doesn't.

Peterson uses a similar style to Kotelnik, but is faster overall and a better combination puncher. He's going to need to use a blend of the strategies he used against Bradley and Ortiz to win. Put pressure on Khan to get to the inside to abuse Amir's lack of inside fighting skills (as he did unsuccessfully against a Bradley, who turned out to be just as good or better on the inside (Khan won't be)) and use the step back approach and counter (as he did successfully against Ortiz) until he can get there consistently.

I have little doubt that if Khan uses that strategy, Peterson is going to get to him in the later rounds just by putting on pressure. Peterson's going to need to bank some rounds early by using the step back to land good shots or he's going to find himself losing on points.
