      Pernell all the way.

      why.

      Pac dodges big fights.

      Real reason.

sweet can box outside and the inside he's also a very versatile defensive fighter. He'll make it a close war, OR he'll pot shot 'em and box em to a UD.

Whitaker could fight Pacquiao on the inside and still win.

          Whitaker by decision.

I don't think Pacquiao can do enough to beat him.

It'll still be an interesting fight worth watching but Pacquiao is too simple to beat someone like Whitaker.

A past prime Pernell Whitaker went 24 rounds with De La Hoya and Trinidad, who were young, strong, and knocking every one out. That Pernell would probably beat Pacquiao.

By that do you mean the best fighter he beat, or Chavez best performance in general? If you go by name I would think it would be Camacho, but if you mean his best performance I think it was Edwin Rosario. What fight do you think was his best?

Amazing video, regardless of soundtrack choice. That video is like porn for fight fans.

I agree with best performance. Camacho might be the best fighter. If Taylor never ran into Chavez, he coulda been better than everyone else on his resume if that makes sense. But as far as what was actually accomplished, yeah, Camacho makes sense. TBH, Chavez's greatness isn't in one big win, it's in destroying everyone in his path (outside of Whitaker). Slow and steady wins the race, as it were.

i mean that was his thing! he was a solid boxer with enourmous power. thats all ppl talk about when they mention roger, his savage punching power, thats his trademark. who else was featherfisted? ernie shavers? george foreman? tommy hearns? lol

JCC said roger was the hardest puncher he ever fought, not kostya tszyu, not DLH (both in their primes) but ROGER MAYWEATHER!

i also find it incredibly hilarious how you claim pacquiao would "just walk thrugh pea's punches and take his head off", yeah bcuz whitakers head was so easy to find lol. we are talking about one of the two or three best defensive fighters in the history of boxing here. you cant just walk in there and take his head off, how exactly would pac find him? he couldnt find JMM, hell he couldnt even find cotto and mosley when they got on their bike.

and sweet peas power wasnt bad at all, he was a defensive fighter so he didnt really sit down on his punches too often but when he didn he had decent pop. enough to get pacquiaos respect.

sweet pea would take pacquiao to school. he would match the speed and his boxing skills and IQ would be on a whole other level. imo hes a better fighter than pac, but thats debatable. what isnt debatable is that whitaker is the worst possible stylistic matchup for pacquiao.

if someone asked me who would be the last guy pacquiao would defeat i would answer pernell whitaker, he would dominate manny. i dont think pac would win a single round.
whoa whoa WHOA !!!! roger a harder puncher than manny??!!!! lmao yeah right !!!!! shane mosley says manny hit way harder than vernon forest !!!! in fact shane who has a cast iron jaw said he has never felt such power in his life !!!!!!! so thta just about ends all arguments about who was more powerful between manny and roger!!!!!! now back to pernell !!!! even the biggest sweet pea fan would admitt he was pucking as much dynamite in his hands as manny so all that jibber jabber is for nothing

if pernell even fought manny like he did mayweather trust and believe he would get knocked out !!!!! manny would hit him with those lightning fast sneakey counters !!!! and have pernell on the ground , and unlike rioger who didnt have the power to put away pernell manny wont make that mistake !!!!!

manny powere litterally broke margaritos face into pieces and margarita is known for having a strong chin !!!!!
