schaefer and ellerbe(floyds parrot) were the same guys that said no negotiations were going on the last time around when greenberg was included, schaefer also slipped up and basically gave away hints of there being negotiations when he told chris mannix to tell arum he had "won the shut up contest"

fighthype says floyd told them that, read the article, koncz starts talking about making a pacquiao fight and floyd just says "nothing to talk about until the defamation suit is dealt with".
which would be lifted if he would negotiate and sign the contract

mosley didn't convince roach to get the fight because roach advised pacquiao against it, basically ducking shane, this is common knowledge

Roger Mayweather doesn't represent his nephew in negotiations or speak on his behalf. When he opens his mouth he represents no one else but himself, but to a Pacquiao flatworm, whenever Roger opens his mouth everything he says was authorized by Floyd himself.

But if you want to believe that Arum went to the trouble of cultivating investors willing to guarantee each fighter $75 million while making him the sole promoter and eliminating his rival GBP, and Koncz brought these investors directly to Floyd, and they then contacted Haymon... as part of one big ruse... then knock yourself out.

Why won't Pacquiao just take the test? That's the only reason this fight isn't happening
