Arum already said they want JMM IIII, So when did he start changing towards finding investors for a Mayweather fight? That's right he only did that after the outcry of fans, floydhype etc Everyone is fed up of Paq fighting JMM again, so now all of a sudden he wants to make a Mayweather fight? Isn't that too convenient for you? I for one see this BS as a smokescreen, Why? Because of Arum's past record alone in the last 30 years in this business.

Arum. Currently negotiating with investors. Getting the best offer from the three at the table. Once he gets the best offer he plans to present the offer to Floyds side. Note that he also said if Floyd rejects the investors deal he will try a traditional negotiation.

Floyds side. Met with Koncz, each side expressed interest in a getting a fight made. No negotiations have begun since Arum is still dealing with investors. Has he told Floyd this? I don't think so, hence why Floyd said why would they need investors when asked by fighthype.

GBP. They won't need to be involved if the deal goes the way of investors. Since negotiations arent even done with Investors and Floyd hasn't been shown the offer from investors of course they say no negotiations are taking place. First off they dont want to be left out and second off no one has approached them yet because there has been no reason to yet. So they are throwing a fit and calling Arum a liar. (Maybe they are right. I hate Arum)

I think this is whats really going on. It's all explained in the following sources. You can try to be a nuthugger and say so and so is doing this or doing that, but looking at it from a neutral standpoint and assuming honesty (possibly a mistake) then this is what you should be reading out of the fiasco so far.

Promoter Bob Arum invited investors from Falcoln Hawk Entertainment, a group which includes 83 year old Joseph Jackson (father of the musical family), to his palatial home in Las Vegas last Monday to discuss the Mayweather-Pacquiao Super Bout.

This ^^^^^^^. Mayweather's advisor and Golden Boy approached Top Rank about negotiating a fight on November 15th. Top Rank replied with the statement that they're unwilling to negotiate for a Pac vs May fight and will be pushing for Pac vs Marquez 4 instead. Bob Arum is trying to fool the public again with all this investor crap.

Ask yourself what's the difference between when Golden Boy and Mayweather Promotions reached out on Nov 15th to now? They said no to negotiating then BUT because of public outcry have recently made it look like they're pushing for the fight. They've still given no indication towards making one. C'mon wake up and smell the roses!

On November 11th Arum said he'll drop the defamation suit if Mayweather's serious about fighting on the 5th. The b**** still hasn't dropped it. Doesn't that tell you something? http://www.badlefthook.com/2011/11/1...ill-be-dropped

Battle Hardened I think you need to ask yourself, why wasn't Top Rank willing to negotiate on Nov 15th when Golden Boy and Mayweather Promotions reached out?

Because they were not interested in the fight? Because Arum wanted JMM IIII next?

Funny enough i didnt realise that Arum claimed he would drop the lawsuit, I accuse Mayweather of creating a potential roadblock when i read his "Drop the lawsuit so we can negotiate ultimatum.

The only reason Arum is trying hard to make it seem like they want the Mayweather fight is because of the pressure from real boxing fans, Paq (In a way) and Floydhype, Especially Floydhype who deserve a lot of credit for not being brought by Arum, They have backed him into a croner where he has to throw his cronies of journalist out to start feeding the public with his usual BS, But he must have forgot that not all of us are *******s, Even the real Pacquiao fans are not happy with Arum because they want to see the Mayweather fight.
