The Confusion Between Pac and May Negotiations Explained.

For people who seem confused I'll break it down for you.

Arum. Currently negotiating with investors. Getting the best offer from the three at the table. Once he gets the best offer he plans to present the offer to Floyds side. Note that he also said if Floyd rejects the investors deal he will try a traditional negotiation.

Floyds side. Met with Koncz, each side expressed interest in a getting a fight made. No negotiations have begun since Arum is still dealing with investors. Has he told Floyd this? I don't think so, hence why Floyd said why would they need investors when asked by fighthype.

GBP. They won't need to be involved if the deal goes the way of investors. Since negotiations arent even done with Investors and Floyd hasn't been shown the offer from investors of course they say no negotiations are taking place. First off they dont want to be left out and second off no one has approached them yet because there has been no reason to yet. So they are throwing a fit and calling Arum a liar. (Maybe they are right. I hate Arum)

I think this is whats really going on. It's all explained in the following sources. You can try to be a nuthugger and say so and so is doing this or doing that, but looking at it from a neutral standpoint and assuming honesty (possibly a mistake) then this is what you should be reading out of the fiasco so far.

Promoter Bob Arum invited investors from Falcoln Hawk Entertainment, a group which includes 83 year old Joseph Jackson (father of the musical family), to his palatial home in Las Vegas last Monday to discuss the Mayweather-Pacquiao Super Bout.

Arum has created a smoke-screen to give the illusion that he's tryin to make the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight when he has no plans to. All that BS about investors and all that is a smoke-screen, stop taking it seriously.

Just don't understand the blind faith the you all have in Arum when he's been caught lying over and over. Didn't he just come out and say that the negotiations were going well and that the reason that people at GB didn't know is because Mayweather was going "solo"? Didn't Mayweather and his people clearly refute that?

wrong, gbp will be involved because of the great relationship that schaefar/haymon/ellerbe/mayweather have... and lets bust another myth (no myth buster) gbp being involved wont affect a single cent of mayweather's purse, it will affect the purse that top rank would get (arum).. which floyd could give two ***s about......

and just to make it clear, i dont believe a single story about these "investors" and arum....

i'll believe a fight is being made when i hear talks are happening between schaefar/haymon and arum

They never refuted or confirmed he was going solo.

And don't act like I have faith in Arum. Ive scrutinized him as much as anyone on NSB.

All im doing is explaining things as if both sides are being honest. Im not trying to look all deep into everything and manufacturer conspiracies like fighthype. The truth will come out eventually anyways. Until then people should just chill and go with the flow.

real talk is we DONT KNOW, there so much misdirection its ridiculous. i will say this at least we get to hear words from floyds mouth. i personally dont think bob arum can offer floyd a lump sum. floyd has knowledge of the tv money on the back end with that knowledge i dont see him settle for 75 million. when he made 65 last year fighting just mosely. mayweathers number may very well be 100 million dollars.

The confusion here is a simple mistake of two sides disagreement and vice de versa. Of course, in the meantime there is always 100% timing involved. If the two sides, can agree. May 5 is coming soon this year if the fight is to happen it MUST be at the welterweight limit.
