Any expert will tell you the key to boxing is running. It helps keep the weight low which is important also. And another thing is important is for the speed. Speed is very wonderful in boxing as well defence.

Cotto was hurt bad multiple times in that fight. And he doesn't know for a fact that Marg had loaded gloves in the first fight so he had to play it safe just in case and that means running like he was in a marathon

That is the key to the fight there. Cotto harnessed the ability to punch Margarito more than vice de of versa. This is important in boxing and will give Cotto a wonderful victory. As we can see now.

Cotto began running in the 3rd round when Tony landed a right hand which Cotto felt.

LOL because only Margarito thinks boxing is about standing in there and getting hit. You know, boxing is about bobbing and weaving, circling around your opponent and giving him angles.
