You idiots love being suckered by an established ducker and a liar. Show a link where it says Floyd wants Pac on May 5. It's all over the net that GBP and your idol are putting a fight together involving Floyd and a Mexican. That's a fact. And when public pressure began to mount, your god pretended again that he wants Pac.

Google must be your enemy, ****rider.

The obscure comment Floyd made about the defamation suit, which, for all we know, may have been said just to get rid of Michael Koncz, is not the story here. The story here is that there are no negotiations taking place for a Mayweather/Pacquaio fight. Arum has been lying or misleading gullible people like you and the *******s for weeks. He has lied to Pacquaio, leading him to believe that negotiations are almost complete.

Mayweather called Pac out and said he wants to fight Pac on May 5. There is absolutely no excuse not to negotiate the fight since it is what Pac wanted and the fight Arum claimed he negotiated twice without success. The truth is coming out. Arum is being exposed and *******s like you, who have been claiming for two years that Floyd was ducking Pac, are burying their heads in the sand because they can no longer twist the truth -- which is that Bob Arum never intended to put Pacquaio in the ring with Mayweather.
WHAT? So let me get this straight. So we should only listen to Floyd when he has something bad to say about Arum and not when he says something like ...

OST or there is no need to talk.

        or

defamation be cleared up or there is ABSOLUTELY NO NEED FOR TALKS.

When you put all blame on Arum, let me remind you that Floyd was on a very long vacation .... like I said in a previous post, while I have no problem with putting (partial) blame on Arum but if Floyd really wanted it, he could have put the pressure on from the get go instead of GOING ON VACATION!!!

If you knew anything about investing, you would know that investors invest money with the intention of making more money. If investors are willing to invest $150 million on this fight, they are doing it with the intention of making $175 million in return.

Floyd is right. They don't need investors. If a Mayweather/Pac fight generates 2 million PPV at $60 each, it would generate $120 million. If it does 3 million PPVs, it will generate $180 million. The site fee paid by the MGM grand will be around $25 million. HBO's licensing fee will be at least $10 million. The live gate will be at least $17 million. The money paid by sponsors to get their logos on the mat and mentioned during the introductions will be at least $10. This doesn't include the foreign rights or other money generating options that a fan like me doesn't know about. So, conservatively, this fight will generate at least $182 million and it will more likely be more than $200 million.

So, if the fight will generate $182 to $250 million without investors, why the hell would they need investors?

Khan has said he needs 2-3 more fights to face Floyd so forget him.

            Martinez or Alvarez.

You can bet the fight won't be no $60. This fight will be 70+[standard definition] and probably 80 for HD. And it WILL sell, I know casual fans that haven't bought a PPV in a long time and say they are just waiting for Mayweather vs Pacquiao to buy a boxing PPV.

Both Mayweather and Pacquiao will walk away with at least 50 million dollars, and i'm just saying the least.

Thank you. Arum always comes up with these talks about invesors that want to invest in the fight, even though Floyd and no one on his side have even talked to these investors about the fight.

As for Prince saying that Haymon was contacted by these investors, did Al Haymon or anyone from Floyd's camp confirm that, or was it just Bob Arum and his investors??? The latest we've heard from Floyd, Schaefer, Ellberbe, anyone involved with any potential negotiations, is that no one has contacted Hayon about a Pacquiao fight, and the federal judge that mediates negotiations and legal issues between Floyd and Pac even confirmed that Bob Arum and Top Rank are pursuing a 4th fight with Marquez at this time, instead of Mayweather......was the retired federal judge lying when he contacted Schaefer and Ellerbe, and confirmed he was told by Top Rank officials that the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight isn't being pursued by Top Rank??? Was Margarito lying when he said he agreed in FEB 2010 to fight Pacquiao in NOV 2010, all the while Arum and Top Rank said they were pursuing a fight with Mayweather during the summe of 2010, was Antonio lying???

The pac fans have all these answers about Floyd said this or that, but at THE END OF THE DAY.....all Arum has to do is sit down with Schaefer, Ellerbe, and Haymon, and make the fight happen. If Pac's want to finally agree tot esting without a cutoff, after 2 years of avoiding the testing, what is stopping them from sitting down and talking to them??? Floyd and his camp have confirmed they are willing and ready to sit down and talk, but Arum continues to talk to these "investors".

Did you notice the workd conservatively in the next to last sentence? I know the fight will cost more than $60. I was just pointing out, conservatively, how much the fight would generate. If they fight in May, both fighters will earn a hell of a lot more than $50 million. It will be closer to $80 million each.

What I am saying is that the only time you *******s choose to believe anything Floyd says is when he says something that gives you a reason to criticize him, like the comment I referenced in the earlier post. The first negotiation broke down because Pac and Arum walked away from the table, but you still choose to blame Floyd because of his long vacation.

The fact is that the fight is on the table for May 5. If Arum wants it, he can begin negotiations. He doesn't have to wait until after Christmas. He doesn't have to talk to investors first. He has not spoken to Mayweather's advisor or promoter about the fight. Floyd admits this. Arum admits this. The only people gullible enough to believe that Arum is not holding this fight up are people like you!
