There is two reasons for floyd to fight tony if he is going to campain at welter.

The first and most important reason is Money. All you guys can fool yourselves into thinking Sharmba brings in more money but the truth is... Floyd would make more from fighting Tony than any of the last 4 fighters before Gatti.
