I don't see Cotto winning this fight. I think a non-dehydrated Cotto takes Pac's punch better and finishes the fight but I think Pac would beat Cotto 9/10 times. Stylistically he matches up extremely well even against a prime Cotto.

I do however think that a prime WW Cotto had an excellent chance of beating Mayweather.

Cotto should finish his career at Junior Middleweight. I don't think Pacquiao goes up to fight him. I remember they said after the Margarito fight that they were done messing around with that weightclass.
