                      Well since Manny didn't beat Cotto at a legit weight I say yes. But we all know Manny would demand a low catchweight again.

                              like i said for a mayweather/cotto fight, only if pacquiao/mayweather falls through and this happens right away. it should also be at 154 no catchweights. pac should beat a champ at 154 instead of beating a shot punching bag for a vacant title and claiming himself as one.
