Oh so now that cotto won it doesnt matter because margarito was washed up? BS Margarito has always been slow as ***** and landed the same punches they just didnt have the power from plaster not to mention cotto made it look easy by making proper adjustments by pushing margarito back and keeping him off balance by excellent footwork. Cotto has improved from a great come forward boxer puncher who can break down boxers but cant fight backwards, changed into a excellent all around boxer puncher who can fight going backwards outboxing punchers.

You just are such a dumb troll you have no idea wtf your watching.

he nearly lost to Clottey's bum ass looked slow and weak

9 rounds to beat 1 legged Foreman? He looked slow and weak in that fight

12 rounds to beat the BEYOND shot Mayorga.

Cotto was never able to hurt Margarito and Cotto was slowing down towards the end. Margarito doesn't make it past the 5th with Lara Molina Canelo or any real non washed up fighter

People have been saying since the minute the fight was made it was a battle to see who was more washed up

You honestly cant believe anything your posting. Its completely ******ed. The only thing on peoples mind was could cotto get revenge Nd figure out if margarito needed plaster. How do you lose to margarito when he was the most avoided fighter in boxing at the time in a #1,vs #2 WW fight, then lose to pac who is arguably the best fighter on the planet and be called washed up after only two losses then going up and weight and winning another title?

Even if cotto is even remotely close to being done you cant possibly come to that conclusión after only losing two fights too the other best welterweights in the world at the time. You didnt say this ***** about oscar after losing to mosley and trinidad. Or mosley after losing twice to vernon. Theyve only made cotto better like those losses for those guys. Yuri foreman was a top 154 titlist when at 154 their was no true single undisputed top fight there. Their really hasnt been one true 154 champ since winky. Its not any worse then pac smashing david diaz or Ortiz taking bertos title when Berto isnt the recognized WW best.

When it takes you 9 rounds to beat a 1 legged bum You Are Shot.

When it takes you 12 rounds to beat a dude who just came out of retirement and is 5+ years of his prime You Are Shot.

This is how I know you have no idea what you're talking about. Clottey was at his peak when he fought Cotto. He was giving Margarito fits before hurting his hand in the 5th or 6th round and had reeled of 4 or 5 fights before facing Cotto.

Foreman didn't hurt his leg till the 7th and was being outclassed before that even though this was Cotto's first foray into the 154 division.

Mayorga may have been washed up but he's as tough as they come. It took the harder punching Mosley 12 rounds to get rid of him as well. During this whole time frame you've laid out you have forgotten to mention Cotto had just split with his uncle and long time trainer.

So as usual, none of what you've stated proves a thing or shows Cotto to be shot.

this reminds me of how people said b-hop was shot and washed up after he got beat by jermain (which is laughable) and again after he fought Roy.

I think Cotto has a lot of mileage left in him. I never felt he had deteriorated physically, but rather mentally. And with this victory and the way he feel he didn't get beat fair and square the first time should only help his mental state.

Put him against Canelo. I would bet Cotto heavily.

Cotto is clearly washed? His foot work was 100 times better along with his punching combinations and accuracy and you say 'Cleary Washed'? Your a clown.
